The terms that apply when you request a quote from KOLÉ, place an order or give us an assignment.
Version of 26 October 2026
1. Who we are and when these terms apply
KOLÉ is a trading name of Ben I.T. Services, Turnhoutsebaan 105, 2140 Antwerpen, company number 0721.760.865, VAT BE 0721.760.865. You can reach us via info@kole.be, +32 472 62 09 55 or in store.
These terms apply to all quotes, orders and assignments with KOLÉ: printing and stickers, clothing printing, indoor and outdoor advertising, graphic design, DTP and prepress, websites, apps and online marketing. They apply to both private individuals (consumers) and businesses. If your quote says something different, the quote takes precedence. The customer's own terms and conditions only apply if we agree to them in writing.
2. Prices and quotes
- The prices on our prices page are indicative starting prices for basic qualities. Different paper, a higher quality, finishing or a complex design can change the price.
- All prices on the website are including 21% VAT, for both private customers and businesses. On invoices for businesses, we show the VAT separately.
- The student discount only applies to items where it is shown on the prices page.
- A quote is non-binding until you accept it. It is based on the information and files you give us at that time. If anything changes afterwards, for example the quantity, the format, the files or the deadline, the price may change. We’ll discuss that with you first.
- An obvious mistake in a price or quote, such as a clear typo, is not binding on us.
3. Your order
An order is final as soon as you accept the quote, by email, via WhatsApp, in writing or in store, or as soon as you place an order in store. A request via the form on the website is not yet an order: it is a request for a quote.
We may refuse an order, for example if the content is unlawful or offensive, or if it infringes someone else's rights.
4. Files, design and colour
- If you supply your own design, you are responsible for its content: text, spelling, details, dimensions and image quality. If we need to make your file print-ready or adjust it first, this may involve extra costs. These will be shown in the quote.
- If we send you a sample or proof for approval, check it carefully. Any errors in an approved proof are your responsibility.
- Colours on screen look different from colours on paper, textile, film or any other material. Small colour differences between materials and print runs are also normal. Need an exact colour? Give us a colour code (for example Pantone) or a sample.
- With print runs, cutting and finishing, small variations in quantity, size or position are inherent to the production process.
5. Logos, photos and texts
If you supply us with logos, images, texts or other materials, you confirm that you are allowed to use them and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights, such as copyright or trademark rights. If anyone holds us liable for this, you are responsible.
Who gets which rights to a design KOLÉ makes for you is agreed in the quote.
6. Collection and delivery
- You can collect your order from our shop at Turnhoutsebaan 105 in Antwerp during opening hours, or have it delivered or shipped, in Belgium and the rest of Europe. Delivery and shipping costs are shown in the quote.
- A delivery time is a target date, unless we have agreed a firm deadline in writing. If a deadline matters, for example for an event, let us know in advance.
- For consumers, the risk of loss or damage only passes on receipt of the order, as required by law.
7. Payment
You pay in the way and within the term stated on the quote or invoice. Payment in store is made on purchase or collection. Late payment is subject to the statutory rules. For consumers, this means you first receive a free reminder.
8. Right of withdrawal
If you order remotely as a consumer (for example by email or phone, without coming to the shop), you are in principle entitled by law to a 14-day right of withdrawal. That right does not to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as printed matter, stickers, printed clothing, advertising and custom designs. For services that, at your express request, have already started or been fully performed within those 14 days, the statutory exceptions and rules apply.
9. Cancelling or changing
If you want to cancel or change an order, let us know as soon as possible. As long as we have not started, this is free of charge. If the design, production or purchase of materials has already begun, we may charge the costs we have already incurred.
10. Complaints and warranty
- Check your order when you receive or collect it. It is best to report any visible defect straight away. Business customers must report visible defects within 8 days of receipt at the latest, in writing and with photos.
- Consumers have the 2-year legal guarantee on products that do not conform to the contract. You must report a defect within 2 months of discovering it.
- If a complaint is justified, we’ll find a solution together: remaking, repairing, or a (partial) refund or credit note.
- Not a defect: errors that were in an approved proof or a supplied file, normal colour and production variations (see point 4), and damage caused by misuse, or by washing or care not in line with the instructions.
11. Liability
Our liability is limited to the invoiced amount of the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as loss of profit or lost revenue. These limitations do not apply in the event of intent or gross negligence, and they do not affect the rights consumers always have under the law.
12. Websites, apps and online marketing
- What we build or do is set out in the quote: the pages, features, number of correction rounds and schedule.
- You provide the text, images and access we need in good time. Delays on your side may shift the schedule.
- Services from other parties, such as hosting, domain names, payment systems or advertising platforms, are subject to those parties’ terms. Who pays for and manages them is agreed in the quote.
- With SEO, Google Ads and social media, we do our best to boost your visibility. No one can guarantee a specific position in Google or a specific number of customers, visitors or sales, and neither can we.
13. Privacy
To find out how we handle your personal data, read our privacy statement. Everything about cookies is in our cookie policy.
14. Applicable law and disputes
These terms and all orders are governed by Belgian law. If there is a problem, please contact us first: we resolve most issues together. Consumers can also contact the Consumer Ombudsman Service.
If we cannot reach an agreement, the courts of Antwerp have jurisdiction for business customers. For consumers, the statutory rules on which court has jurisdiction apply.
Each order is subject to the version of these terms in force on the day of the order.
